At LaKeya's Lit Crafts, your satisfaction means everything to us! 💜 Please read our policy carefully as all of our products are custom-made to order.
Custom Physical Products (Print & Ship) Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@lakeyaslitcrafts1.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
Digital Products (Instant Download & Custom Digital File) Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue downloading your file, please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.
Custom Digital File Orders If you are unhappy with your custom design, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you on one revision to ensure you love your final product.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After production has started, cancellations are not accepted. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the file has been delivered.
